Complaints

Sometimes it happens that things don't go as planned. We ask the Buyer to first make his complaints known to us. You can do this via the email address info@mari-ve.be. This way we can look for a solution together. If this does not work, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman Service. You can find this government agency via https://consumentenombudsdienst.be/nl.

From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found via http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
