Shipping

Every order is carefully processed and shipped from our studio in Nieuwkerken-Waas.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands: orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after processing.
• Other European countries: shipping typically takes place within 1 to 2 business days; the final delivery time depends on the destination.

Please note that pre-order products have an adjusted delivery time. These items will be shipped as soon as they are available. If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order items, we will ship everything in one package once the pre-order product is ready. The estimated delivery date can always be found on the product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation.

Do you live in the Waasland region? Then we offer free home delivery to the following postal codes:

Pickup by appointment

You can also pick up your order by appointment at our studio in Nieuwkerken-Waas.
