Shipping Policy

The delivery time depends on the product. An order in Belgium will always be delivered within a maximum period of two weeks. However, we aim to deliver the products within 5-7 days after receipt of payment.

Delivery times outside Belgium cannot be determined due to factors that are difficult to control. If desired, the Buyer can contact us via info@mari-ve.be, so that this can be investigated and discussed.

Postage costs

Shipping methods and costs vary by country and weight and will be indicated during checkout.

Shipping costs for countries not listed are on request.

In the event of an incorrect delivery address, which results in the product being automatically returned to Mari-Ve, it will be determined who is at fault. If the fault is the Buyer's, the package will be reshipped at the Buyer's expense regardless of the shipping value. If the fault lies with Mari-Ve, the Buyer has two options: the package is resent to the Buyer at Mari-Ve's expense or the Buyer has the option to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to the account number with which the purchase was made.

Responsibility

A package that is lost is not our responsibility. We will contact the responsible courier service and sort this out for you. We always do our best to ensure that your package reaches you on time.
